|
 |
- TKX leads to a beautiful environment by employing reliable
grinding wheel technology.
- TRB GRINDING WHEEL - TRB grinding wheel
(FLEXIBLE grinding wheel: High refractive and flexible)
(PAT. NO. 4707950 in U.S.A)
- These are innovative grinding wheels employing sponge and
inserted rubber by centrifugal force. |
|
| |
| · TRB Features |
| The TRB grinding wheel is the TKX original structured wheel with an elastic rubber layer and the features of ordinary grinding wheels. This product makes the best use of the elasticity of the emery wheels and coated abrasives and overcomes disadvantages, such as nondurability, dust and uneven grinding strength. This TRB grinding wheel consists of the main body preserved with rubber and an elastic central wheel and creates a high grinding effect, as the thick elastic layer fits the wheel to the object to be grinded well to widen the area to be grinded. This wheel is innovative because it results in the grinded area being perfectly even and smooth. |

| · Precautions |
| 1. |
The use of the peripheral velocity of TRB is a standard feature, so to rotate it too fast can cause danger. You should use it at a lower level than the marked maximum peripheral velocity. The range of use of peripheral velocity is 1,800m/min~2,700m/min. |
| 2. |
Please fix the central wheel and ring buff perfectly. When installing, check the balance. When there is unusual shaking or vibrations after racing it for over a minute, don’t use it. |
| 3. |
This machine should be used when the rotation number of TRB becomes more than the regular rotation number. After use, you should stop it in unload, instead of turning off the switch while lower pressure is applied, |
| 4. |
Use proper safety covers and wear anti-dust glasses and masks.
In addition, never contact your body to the rotating grinding wheels. |
| 5. |
As we use piano wires for ring stiffener, TRB should not be folded or bent more than the restoration limit of the stiffener. |
| 6. |
In the case of unusual shaking or vibration during use, a part of TRB may be extremely worn. Never use this product in such a case. |
| 7. |
In the case of wet way cutting, rotation should be stopped after removing the cutting fluid sufficiently due to racing when you want to stop in the middle of working. |
| 8. |
During test operation and processing, don’t’ stand in the direct rotation direction of TRB. |
| 9. |
Don’t perform cutting using the side of ring buff. |
| 10. |
The guarantee period for the rubber strength is three years from the test day for storage in dark places at room temperature.
(The warranty period of the grinding wheel is written on the test tag.) |
| 11. |
Both dry way and wet way can be used, but oily cooling water can be penetrated into the rubber. You are recommended to use aqueous cooling water. |
